I enrolled in the course to learn some more treatment ideas to help with my recently diagnosed cervical radiculopathy. I wanted to learn a few more exercises to attack my problem from all angles. This, I hope, will accelerate my reaching a pain free state. I'm sure that the knowledge I've gained from this course will put me on a speedier path to recovery.

It’s been a very good course and happy to have learnt many of the techniques that I would have not been able to know otherwise. Well done!

I appreciate indeed the well structured presentation and both clear & concise explanations, which are easy to follow. Note also, that I am not a native English speaker, although have been living in the UK for a decade.

I really enjoyed this course. I'm a Pilates Teacher, Manual Therapist and a student of Podiatry - so I really love learning from other professionals and looking at things with a different view. Lots of great information and points explained very well and clear for anyone no matter their level to understand. Great work :-)

I am 60 percent through this course and it's great! I have learned so much from Paula already, and think this will work for me. My neck is sore from the 1st day excercise, but in a good way! She makes it all so clear and to the point, that I will get much benefit from this course

Paula your honesty! I've searched for help with my neck hump for years. I didn't even know I had it until my husband told me! I was in a car accident in 1998. Not a bad one either, like you said it can happen going 20 miles an hour. I was going 55 mph on my way to work when I women ran a stop sign and hit me. I had the pain in the back of my neck and migraines but never knew the hump was there. Been to 3 chiropractors and none of them told me this information ! I'm going to give this 100 percent effort! Thank you so much, Sheila
Do you wear high collars to hide the unattractive lump of fat on the back of your neck? What is the fatty neck lump? How did you get it and how can you get rid of it?
I designed this course with the help of nearly 200 real posture pupils concerned about their posture appearance. By the end of the course, you'll understand the cause and have an actual rehabilitation routine to get rid of your fatty neck hump.
I'll be teaching exercises based on a highly researched technique called CBP the Clinical Biophysics of Posture. This technique is perfect for those with a visible fatty neck hump that has failed to respond to treatment or exercises already tried.
Not only will I cover the 4 specific causes of neck hump, and the 6 most frequently asked questions, but I'll demonstrate on my own neck, how to perform 7 very specific movements that will get right under the fatty hump to the stiff, achy joints below in ways likely not seen before. I'll be with you every step of the way!
Feel free to take a look through the course description now. I look forward to seeing some of you on the course!
In the early 90s, frustrated by years of pill-popping and chronic daily headaches, I took myself to a chiropractor. I was so amazed with the results, that I moved to the UK (from Toronto) to study Chiropractic.
Several years after qualifying, I was horrified by a picture of myself. I had developed horrible forward head posture - I was embarrassed to be a healthcare professional with bad posture. I become obsessed with how to improve my posture. I spent years studying x-rays and trying new products and exercises. I later qualified with a fellowship in the physics of posture correction. I fell in love with posture!
