This is something that I've been looking for. I've dedicated this year, my 40th, and those to come to getting healthier. I'm dealing with back pain, neck pain, trouble sleeping and 'text neck'...I believe working on my posture will reduce or eliminate these problems. I have a small spa in the mountains of Panama, where I work as a massage practitioner; many of my clients are retirees who come here to enjoy the great weather and variety of outdoor activities. They also come with tight necks and backs and lots with forward head posture issues. This course is perfect for them: the exercises are very well explained and presented in the videos, and they're basic enough for a person who has little or no fitness experience. It's never too late to start!

It's a very nice program to reboot your spine, and with some thought it can be incorporated as mini-breaks during the day if you are working at a desk... Well worth it.

I've started the stretches and after months of sciatic pain, I am nearly pain free. I'm making better progress that I did with physical therapy. I'm taking it slow and am excited to feel well. This is worth the time. Dr. Moore does a great job of showing how to do the stretches. Take it at your own pace and be looking for improvement in how you feel. I love this course. I the exercises are very well explained and demonstrated, easy to follow. I have struggled with posture problems and back ache for a while and incorporating these exercises into a daily routine have really made a difference for me. Thank you for this course!

Dr. Paula's course is definitely helping me improve my posture. The exercises are clearly presented and the production quality is very good. Dr. Paula explains things clearly and you get to see the exercises from different angles to understand them better. The combination of exercises she's put together is easy to work into your everyday routine, yet can provide challenge to a variety of abilities depending on the reps and variations you choose.
