Dr. Paula was very easy to listen to and follow. I am hopeful that the movements I learned will greatly decrease the stiffness and muscle aches I get from sitting at my desk all day. The demonstrations were excellent and ensured the viewer knew exactly what to do to preform the motion.

Course very much teaches what it advertises. Very accessible exercises that can be incorporated with relative ease into one's day. Nothing too difficult or strenuous, and most ideal for use in the office.
